I had Blaine come out and look at my roof, because I thought; there might be damage after the snowstorm. He did a very thorough inspection. He was also, able to show me the pictures ; of what he found. He explained it all to me. I Can't say enough, about how professional and friendly he was. Blaine did a great job.

Communication from Origin was timely and effective. Initial roof inspection was thorough, including a report detailing the hail damage to submit to our insurance company. We met to discuss all options including new shingle selection, then work was scheduled quickly. The roof replacement was done efficiently - one long day for the work plus 1/2-day for cleanup. Preston was here that same day to do a final inspection. Origin is very organized, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

There's never a good time to have a leak. There's rarely a time to find out you need to replace your entire roof. However, in a months-long battle between snow, ice, and insurance, Blaine and Origin guided me through the process to our new roof. Through multiple inspections, battling the back and forth with insurance, Blaine aided me in the provision of a new type of almost "forensic" package that overrode my insurance's decision to deny my claim. I went from needing to pay outright for my roof to having my insurance accept the proper action, and I was able to use my bank account for quality-of-life updates to more top tier shingles, new gutter packages, and the addition of metal fascia to our home, that would continue to protect our home for the future. Dan (PM) attended my entire job site, and was very communicative. He and Preston were proactive in showing me where they found issues, instantly righting them, or informing me of gaps in how my home was lacking, and informed me. They proactively had the crew re-work any workmanship they didn't like, but also addressed any concerns we had, even if they were only aesthetic. This entire process has been tedious, from an insurance standpoint, but GETTING the roof was the least painful, and I'm glad to know THIS roof will last for a long time. I super appreciate their transparency, their guidance, and verifying with us along each decision.
