Phenomenal service which was evident from day one when they met with me - and it continued to fill completion of the job as I watched their leadership inspect the job and personally pick up missed debris from the first clean up. Impressive! They even sent someone back to my home to reattach a gutter drain pipe to my exterior that had been unattached since I bought the house - they asked first of course. Appreciate their attention to detail, speed of the job, and how great the roof looks. For sure will call them again when I’m ready to redo my gutters.

I worked with Preston and his team after wind damage necessitated a new roof. I'm a first-time home owner and navigating this repair would've been incredibly overwhelming were it not for Preston's excellent communication, ensuring I was informed at each step. When a chimney issue arose, Preston recommended and coordinated schedules with another company to tackle that repair and make sure the job ran smoothly. Tom and the crew that worked on the roof were great. It's a huge weight off my shoulders not having to worry about a leak each time it rains. I couldn't recommend Origin enough!

While moving into our new home, my wife and I noticed water coming in through the roof. In a panic, we were referred to Preston and Origin by a friend of mine who works with him. Preston came out (on a Saturday), went up on my roof in the rain, and helped tarp the problem area. After the rain stopped, he gave us a reasonable estimate and explained what was needed to be done. He was kind, professional and informative. Exactly what we needed when making a decision on our biggest investment...our home. When it came time to do the work, Preston and his team were fantastic! From beginning to end, Tom and Preston answered our questions. They even documented the work through photos/videos and sent me the link so I could see what they did, while it was being done. For such a scary experience....Origin was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Preston and Origin. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with any roof/siding issues.

Preston and his colleague came out to look at a broken basement window in my house. He said he could replace the entire window for a specific cost, but that I could likely replace the glass myself for a fraction of that. He then took a few minutes and showed me how to do so! Talk about doing right by the potential customer, even if he could have made a sale off of it! Origin appears to be a company you can trust.

They were in and out. Couldn’t have imagined it looking this good with the amount of time they took. One guy, I think it was Tom, he was kinda funny looking but he went above and beyond.
